Hawthorn / Huath is part of the Ogham Tree Alphabet series. I started with my favorite symbolic shapes, the double vesica piscis, the “donut” shape, and the arch. Each of these shapes could symbolize a portal to a magical realm. I added graceful branches of the hawthorn, known in the ancient Irish tree alphabet as Huath.
